What happens after the treatment? 

Exercise

After receiving laser lipo treatment it is very important that you raise your metabolic rate through exercise within the 12 hours after your treatment. This is imperative as it removes the bi-products that have been released from the adipocytes.
This exercise does not mean that you have to go to the gym and do a full body work out. This is brilliant if you do, as this will really  help. However, as long as you work out for 30 solid minutes to break into sweat this will suffice. Some examples of this exercise could be;

- Going on a brisk 30 minute walk

- Exercise classes (such as Zumba, Aerobics, etc.)

- Vigorous house cleaning

- Intense gardening

- Jogging

- Gym sessions

Most importantly it is any form of cardio vascular exercise that will raise you metabolic rate.
If you don't do the exercise after having the treatment, the adipocyte cells will just fill back up with unwanted fat! Then you will have put the inches back on that you have just lost!

 

Eating

It is important to maintain a healthy intake of food and water, especially after receiving laser lipo treatment. The water carries the free fatty acids through the lymphatic system, through the kidneys, and is then passed out of the body in your urine.
If you consume fatty foods after your treatment then the fats will immediately be reabsorbed into the adipocyte cells that you have just emptied of fat. Therefore it is vital to maintain a healthy diet.
